EP Review: Breach – Breach (Greyscale Records)
Featuring members of Comeback Kid and Misery Signals, Breach will release their self-titled debut EP on October 30th, 2026, via Greyscale Records.

Fuck.
Do you know what the world needs? More pissed off sounding music. Say hello to Breach, your new favourite genre-bending band. Especially if you like your music to come with a deep level of vitriol.
Breach isn’t a band you can place in just one genre. Listening to this EP you’ll hear hardcore, post-hardcore, industrial metal, metalcore, and even some nu-metal influences here and there. All of this results in one of the most intense and heaviest releases of the year. Where every spat lyric, every crunchy riff, every beatdown, and every flash of infectious groove, comes from an authentic place.
Six tracks long, the EP is a very tight listen with only one track passing the three-minute listen. Breach clearly wanted to come at the listener hard here, leaving everyone feeling a bit shellshocked by what they’ve just heard. It’s not a one and done though, not even close, not when the whole thing comes in under fifteen minutes. I must have listened to it at least five or six times before I wrote a single word about it.
It just so happens that word was ‘fuck’.

Breach – Breach Track Listing:
1. Cold
2. Ephemeral
