Released on July 24th, 2026, ‘The Transformers: The Movie: The Soundtrack: The Reformatted Edition’ celebrates the 40th anniversary of the iconic animated movie. Reigning Phoenix Music partnered with Hasbro to bring to life an album that features a distinguished line up of guest performers and lifelong Transformers fans.

Paying homage to the original soundtrack, the anniversary release sees the dynamic track list recreated from the ground up by KNIGHTS OF UNICRON, comprised of Matt Harvey, Gus Rios and Ross Sewage.

Appearing on the release are Stan Bush and Vince DiCola, Sebastian Bach, Mark Osegueda, Francesco Cavalieri (WIND ROSE, V.B.O.), Brittney Slayes (UNLEASH THE ARCHERS) and COLD SLITHER’s own Torch.

We spoke to Brittney and Francesco about their experience being part of such a grand project, how it came about, what they learned from the experience, and much more.
