GORE. – Crucified

Texas metal four-piece GORE. have announced their new EP, ‘…Then You Cannot Love Me’, out October 9th via Spinefarm. It follows the late 2025-release ‘If You Do Not Fear Me…’ EP. The second single, ‘Crucified’, is out now.

If you like your GORE. to come with a hefty amount of pop, then you’re going to come away happy here. Although those who want to hear GORE. metal fire just need to be patient as it is a track with a heavy transformation. Think beauty and the beast, GORE. style. I like it, but I don’t love it.

Sons of Cult – Never Too Late

With their new album, ‘Revenge’, just two weeks away from release on September 25th through Black Night Productions, Spanish metallers Sons of Cult have released the single, ‘Never Too Late’.

An old-school head banger with heart and soul, Sons of Cult’s message that you’re never too old to do something you love, is very optimistic. It’s also very energetic and has explosive and screaming vocals (some of which really get high). It’s an easy track to like if hair-raising heavy metal is your jam.

Coilguns – Everything We Love, We Destroy

Swiss noise-rock collective Coilguns have announced the release of their fifth studio album, ‘Everything We Love, We Destroy’, due out November 6th via Humus Records, and revealed the video for its title track.

Written to mark the tenth anniversary of the Paris Climate Accords, the title track confronts the growing distance between the promises made a decade ago and the reality of the world today. The band comments:

It’s been more than a decade now that our countries have agreed on a deal they’re not respecting. We wrote this paradoxical yet simple song to mark the tenth anniversary of the Paris Climate Accords. Why are we not able to act accordingly on our promises? Why are we always destroying what we love? How can 2026 be the actual future of 2016?

It’s going to be another banger album, but if you know your Coilguns, that really shouldn’t be too much of a surprise. The noise rockers are on fine form, as per usual, and this new track comes with plenty of experimental intensity. Yet it also takes on a bit of an indie rock form, twisted by a sobering message, bursts of fiery energy, and no small amount of weirdness.

Suicide Silence – Graceless

Deathcore heavyweights Suicide Silence have shared the new single, ‘Graceless’. The title track from their upcoming album, which is set for release on 20th November 2026.

You know you’re about to have your head crushed and your soul destroyed when you see a less than two-minute runtime from a Suicide Silence track. Absurdly heavy, there’s nothing complex here at all, it’s just straight up vitriolic deathcore from one of the best to do it.
